2:10pm Ham and cottage cheese salad sandwich + tea

+ WeightWatchers’ yoghurt (56 calories)

Afternoon walk: 1 hour, 7,000 steps, 2.75 miles

5:40pm Broccoli, red kidney beans, cheese and sweet chilli yoghurt with tortilla wrap w/spread + tea

+ WeightWatchers’ yoghurt (56 calories) + peanut butter

9g peanut butter= 55 calories!

8:20pm Lettuce, sauerkraut, red kidney beans, cheese, sultanas and sweet chilli yoghurt + Crackerbreads w/spread + coffee
