6:45pm Kiwi, sultanas and pumpkin seeds with yoghurt + coffee
Not hungry but wanted something sweet. I’d forgotten I’d bought some novelty gum for these times. Ate it anyway as resolved not to have another meal later.
10pm 3 x poppadoms with mint yoghurt dip + lager shandy
