Day 529: Three teacakes

5:40pm Cheese salad sandwich + squash + tea

6pm Kiwi, bran flakes and pumpin seed with yoghurt

9:10pm Cottage cheese salad with Crackerbreads w/spread + squash

9:30pm Tea cake (160 calories) with spread + tea

Plus a teaspoon of biscuit crumbs.

1:10am Two tea cakes with spread and cheese + tea

1:30pm Apple
