2:25pm Cheese, tomato and pickle wrap + coffee

3:40pm Bran flakes with seeds and sultanas

Afternoon drink: pint of squash

6pm Tomato, vegetable and bean soup with Crackerbreads w/spread

6:15pm (same again) Soup and Crackerbreads w/spread + pint of squash

6:40pm Apple

7pm Frozen yoghurt banana lolly

8:50pm Tangerine + pint of fizzy squash

9:50pm Sauerkraut, cheese and red kidney beans with sweet chilli yoghurt

10:30pm Hot cross bun (120 calories) w/spread + tea
