Bean thingy of aduki beans, dehydrated tofu and sweetcorncooked in tinned tomatoes, light coconut milk, onion, garlic and spinach, with cheese dumplings + low-fat yoghurt + extra virgin olive oil + cassava crisps
Everything going well. I’ve lost 4 lbs so far.
The smaller dishes are working well and I’m trying to eat slowly. I’m satiated. I eat when I’m hungry but not if it’s nearly bedtime.
The struggle is the relentless urge for big portions.
