Salad of beetroot, red onion, red pepper, capers, dill pickle, pickled peppers, light mozzarella, chillies, sultanas, peas, dehydrated tofu, lemon juice, vinegar, low-fat yoghurt, extra virgin olive oil + 2 x toast with fake butter + small orange
