Breakfast
Salad of beetroot, red onion, red pepper, capers, dill pickle, pickled peppers, light mozzarella, chillies, sultanas, peas, dehydrated tofu, lemon juice, vinegar, low-fat yoghurt, extra virgin olive oil + salad

At Homeless Hack Day in London all day. They provided free pizza, garlic bread and chocolate. I brought my own sandwiches, fruit and snack bars.

Lunch
Sandwich: light Leerdammer, sweetcorn relish, fake butter, salad, tofu + cassava crisps + tangerine

Snack
Apple

Pub
Ginger wine with lemonade

Late dinner
Sandwich: light Leerdammer, sweetcorn relish, fake butter, salad, tofu + cereal bar

Snack at home
Slice of light Leerdammer cheese, cassava crisps

  1. We provided fruit too!!

    And the pizza was homemade on the premises with fresh ingredients, so as pizza goes, could be less healthy ;)

    Am a fan of Leerdammer though!
