Day 24: dinner

I made a new batch of beans in tomato and coconut with garlic and smoked paprika. It smelt so delish, I was tempted to use a big (normal) bowl. I didn’t.

Passatta, light coconut milk, Quorn chicken pieces, dehydrated tofu, soya beans, red chilli, red onions, red pepper, green beans, peas, garlic, tomatoes with flourdumplings + served with extra virgin olive oil and low-fat yoghurt

+ frozen berries with low-fat yoghurt and sweetener
