Salad: beetroot, carrot, sugarsnap peas, peas, pickled peppers, capers, sultanas, cucumber, red onion, red pepper, light mozzarella, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, low-fat yoghurt, dehydrated tofu + 4 x Crackerbreads with fake butter
