New batch of salad. This is what it looks like before dressing and stirring.

Lunch
Salad: beetroot, carrot, sugarsnap peas, capers, sultanas, cucumber, red pepper, cannellini beans, dehydrated tofu, light mozzarella, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, low-fat yoghurt, half-fat cheese + 2 toast with fake butter

+ 2 plums

Dinner
At a pub before a gig.

Veggie burger, chips, onion rings, 1/2 bitter shandy, gin & tonic

Followed later by double gin & tonic, diet coke and rum, 1/2 shandy, shot of honey Jack Daniels, caramel vodka and chocolate, Baileys
