Salad: beetroot, carrot, sugarsnap peas, capers, sultanas, cucumber, red pepper, cannellini beans, dehydrated tofu, light mozzarella, peas, red onion, pickled gherkins, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, low-fat yoghurt + 3 Crackerbreads with fake butter
