Day 54: lunch + weigh-in

I’m now 11 stone something rather than 12 stone something. Lost half a stone.

Now: 11st 3lbs = 167 lbs = 76 kg

Potatoes, two meat-free hotdogs, baked beans, half-fat cheese, low-fat yoghurt, tartare sauce, mustard

  1. That lunch looks really really delicious. Specially since everything is on my forbidden list that I don’t eat. (I have been advised to replace the word can’t with don’t, so other people don’t see it as a personal challenge to offer me food that will break the Dr B ‘rules’)
