Last of this batch of stew: passatta, light coconut milk, garlic, smoked paprika, red onion, red pepper, red chilli, walnuts, tofu, soya beans, carrots, aubergine + low-fat yoghurt, extra virgin olive oil

+ frozen berries with low-fat yoghurt and sweeteners
