Salad: beetroot, radishes, carrots, cucumber, red onion, red chilli, red pepper, sultanas, walnuts, capers, dill pickle, light mozzarella, soya beans, dehydrated tofu, lemon juice, low-fat yoghurt, extra virgin olive oil + 2 Crackerbreads with fake butter
