Lunch
(last of the) Salad: beetroot, radishes, carrots, cucumber, red onion, red chilli, red pepper, sultanas, walnuts, capers, dill pickle, light mozzarella, soya beans, dehydrated tofu, lemon juice, low-fat yoghurt, extra virgin olive oil, half-fat cheese + 2 toast with fake butter

+ satsuma, tangerine

Dinner
Stew: passatta, light coconut milk, soya beans, tofu, red onion, red chilli, aubergine, sweetcorn, walnuts, carrots with flour dumplings + low-fat yoghurt

+ tangerine

4 Crackerbreads with fake butter, sandwich pickle, sweetcorn relish, gherkin, half-fat cheese
