Day 76

Strange food day as I didn’t have time to eat anything before I went out.

4pm, on a bus
Egg mayo sandwich (350 cals) with baked crisps (100 cals), orange


9pm, Proms interval
Tomato juice and vegetable crisps


10pm, in the car home
Small chocolate biscuit bar


after midnight
Small toast with fake butter, half-fat cheese and sweetcorn relish + dried tofu


In other news, much as I love having big bowls of ready-made meals in the fridge to eliminate the need to make a decision (thus temptation) on what to eat, the salad goes off before I finish it all. I need to work out a compromise.

  1. I find blanching some veg in bags works for me, and making veg patties and freezing them works really well too. In the winters, soups would be great and I remember you used to make some fab sandwiches when you were dieting before. The cottage cheese and the sweet chilli sauce used to look delish!
