Dinner
New batch, salad: baked beetroot, red pepper, red onion, walnuts, carrot, cucumber, light mozzarella, dried tofu, pumpkin seeds, radishes, sugarsnap peas, sweetcorn, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, low-fat yoghurt
+ lolly of low-fat yoghurt and squash
