Breakfast:

Apple with chaat masala, salt, black pepper and lemon juice

Lunch:

3oz chicken with Italian dressing and mixed salad leaves

 

 

 

 

4pm snack : 

Apple with chaat masala, lemon juice and black pepper (put too much pepper but it was nice!)

 

 

Dinner: 

Lentils and Spinach soup

Then I had a bowl of rice and kidney beans, which are both not on the allowed list.  It was late night and my excuse is that I was tired. I also had a cup of dieters tea at night as I was feeling guilty.
