Breakfast
Salad: beetroot, carrot, red pepper, red onion, red chilli, peas, sweetcorn, sugarsnap peas, walnuts, capers, light mozzarella, radishes, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, yoghurt, dried tofu, half-fat cheese + 2 toast with fake butter

+ 2 plums, 2 apricots

Feeling glum: cake and Custard Cream with milk

Dinner
Stew: passatta, light coconut milk, garlic, red onion, red pepper, carrot, fried aubergine, red lentils, walnuts, potatoes, sugarsnap peas, dried tofu, low-fat yoghurt, sweet chilli sauce + cassava crisps
