Breakfast
Salad: beetroot, carrot, red pepper, red onion, red chilli, peas, sweetcorn, sugarsnap peas, walnuts, capers, light mozzarella, radishes, cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil, yoghurt, dried tofu + 2 toast with fake butter

+ 1 plum, 2 apricots

Veggie burger with chips and salad and sauces + pint of bitter shandy

  1. If it’s any consolation, I am not losing weight because of what I eat.

    I’m only two pounds lighter than I was three months ago. I lost half a stone by my birthday and then regained it.

  2. I know that feeling, but you are very determined and strong willed when you put your mind to it. I don’t have much will power when it comes to some foods…. specially breads!
