Breakfast
Salad: beetroot, carrot, red onion, red chilli, red pepper, sweet corn, peas, sugarsnap peas, walnuts, sultanas, radishes, cucumber, capers, soya beans, lemon juice, olive oil, low-fat yoghurt with feta + 3 Crackerbreads with fake butter

Cereal bar

Dinner
Cabbage, lemon juice, feta, light mozzarella, dried tofu, low-fat yoghurt, sweet chilli sauce + 2 toast with fake butter

+ porridge with sultanas, sugar and fake butter – not hungry but cold (it’s 21C indoors but my body temp thingy is broken)
