Breakfast
Scrambled eggs + salad: beetroot, carrot, red onion, red chilli, red pepper, sweet corn, peas, sugarsnap peas, walnuts, sultanas, radishes, cucumber, capers, soya beans, lemon juice, olive oil, low-fat yoghurt + 2 toast with fake butter

+ fruit

Lunch
Spinach, light mozzarella, half-fat cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, yoghurt

+ pear, cassava crisps

Snack
Porridge, sultanas with two plums.
