Sandwich: half-fat cheese, chilli, spinach, sandwich pickle, Tartare sauce, red onion, dill pickle

+ orange, plum

Early dinner
Tinned tomatoes, sweetcorn, peas, chilli, garlic, red onion, Quorn pieces, vinegar, honey, sugar + rice, low-fat yoghurt

+ seconds (no rice)

+ satsuma

Then felt super full.
