Day 139: fast #2

Surprisingly, I’m down 2 lbs in the last two days (a restricted calorie day + an eat-anything day).

Lunch
Cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, chilli, capers, lemon juice, balsamic, red onion + low-fat yoghurt

Remainder of the veg + tinned tomatoes + low-fat yoghurt
