Thrilled to find I was down a few pounds. I’d gained 3lbs after Star Trek Destination!

Breakfast
Sandwich: light Philadelphia, Oxford blue cheese, dill pickle, lettuce

+ beetroot salad: baked beetroot, roasted red pepper, chilli, lemon juice, olive oil

+ 2 plums, orange

Snack
Two cereal bars, about 160 calories.

Oxford blue cheese, butter, 4 Crackerbeads, rest of the beetroot salad

+ Custard Creams – I should have just taken two but I took all the broken ones

Dinner
Fried breaded halloumi, chips, salad, chutney, sauce

+ 2 gin and tonics @ The Stag
