Cottage cheese salad sandwich + fruit
Buffet at an Indian restaurant. Chickpea and paneer curry, aduki bean curry, rice, popadoms, yoghurt, onion bhajis
+ halwa, fruit
The halwa was yummy. I looked up the recipe while I was there. Turns out that for 3 parts semolina, you add 1 part sugar, 1 part cream and 1 part clarified butter. That’s why it tasted so good. And it was made with pistachios. Yum.
