Late dinner, 8 Oct 15

Made a soup with what was left in cupboards. Tinned tomatoes, red kidney beans, butter beans, light coconut milk, jalapeño, garlic, sweetcorn. Served with olive oil. The cooked soup is two portions.   

 
This food diarying isn’t as time-consuming as I remember. Writing these posts turn out to be the annoying bit because of WordPress’s limited functions on the iPad app.
