Away!

Just a quickie to say I’m heading up to Manchester to help facilitate a 2-day management meeting with 90 staff. We’re in a hotel so I’m expecting to eat more than usual, though I’ll try to keep it down. There’s a big dinner on Thursday night at an Italian eaterie which will be challenging! My intention is to try to track what I eat.

When I arrive back at Euston on Friday evening, I’m going straight to the April Meet and early Saturday morning I have a meeting in Central London of the charity trustees that I’m on the board of, so am unlikely to get back to blogging until Saturday evening. See y’all later! xx :-)
